Well I just found out today that Susan Atkins, a former follower of Charles Manson, is getting out of jail on grounds that she only has six months to live due to brain cancer.
I'm not really sure what my opinion is ... I get that she's dieing and would like to be with relatives durring her last months on earth, but what about the people that she killed so brutally? According to the sister of one of the victims she had told the the lady that she didn't care about her or the lady's unborn child as she slit her throat. She was apart of four murders, and has been denied parrole eleven different times.

I'm not sure. I can sympothize with wanting to be taken care by family, but its not like you can not think of the families that she hurt. Now that was along time ago and supposivly she's changed alot ...

What's your oppinion on this?
